Paul Craig - Managing Director : Paul has over 23 years senior management and board level experience in the mobile and wireless telecommunications industry. This includes being the first UK employee of Orange setting up their infrastructure, before moving to Ireland as Technical Director for Esat Digifone (now O2) and then returning to the UK in 2000 as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for the 3G operator 3. His specialist areas are Strategy, Due Diligence, Technology and Programme Management. He is a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and has an MBA.

Neil Penny - Chief Operating Officer : Neil has over 26 years of systems and telecoms experience, including 10 years in HM Forces (Army) where he specialised in secure data and radio communications. This was followed by moves into the private sector including Product Manager for Oranges first pre-paid mobile product 'Just Talk' , Norweb Telecom (now part of Thus/C & W) as Head of Telebusiness and then COLT as Head of IN Services for UK, Ireland, Northern Europe and Scandinavia . In 2001 he joined Opera Telecom as Group Product Manager and was subsequently appointed Director of Commercial Operations before founding Enarpee in 2006.
